At DAK Intermediairscollectief, we are constantly working to make our processes as effective as possible. We discovered that a lot of data is still being processed by hand. This should be possible in a different way we thought and after some research we came to the conclusion that RPA can help us with this. Since we are a Microsoft user, the step to Microsoft Power Automate was a logical one. With Viona we worked out a business case and they showed us how we can perform processes in a robotic way. This month we are going "Live" with our first robot and we expect a lot from this. This will give our employees more time to support our customers even better.
