Presenting vacancies to candidates
For SBA Flex, VionA created an easy tool so they can see at a glance how many of their candidates meet the wishes and requirements of a vacancy. They can then also easily see how an adjustment of a wish affects the number of candidates to be matched. If this is satisfactory, they can have VionA send these candidates an email with the vacancy and the question whether it is interesting for them with one push of a button.
Data enrichment of candidate details
As is the case with many companies, SBA Flex's candidate data was not complete everywhere. It took a lot of time to update this. VionA now does this entire process fully automatically. It creates an overview of each candidate of what information is missing and sends the candidate an e-mail with what information still needs to be supplied. If there is no response, it follows up the e-mail again later. This makes the SBA Flex data increasingly reliable to work with!
